Each alfajor brings together two exquisitely delicate, melt-in-your-mouth cornstarch cookies with a generous layer of rich dulce de leche, finished with finely shredded coconut and a light dusting of powdered sugar. The result is soft, crumbly, creamy and deeply nostalgic — handcrafted from our cherished Argentine family recipe.

This unwrapped Artisanal format is ideal for cafés, restaurants, hotels, catering, dessert tables, events and wholesale food service. Our standard wholesale case is 144 alfajores packed as 4 × 36-count trays.
