Gennaro’s Alfajores — Freshly Made to Order

Gennaro’s Alfajores are now available directly through our online store. We no longer maintain finished retail inventory. Instead, every order is scheduled into our artisanal production so your alfajores are baked, filled, finished and packed for your order.

Order Directly from Gennaro’s

Our made-to-order approach is intentional. Rather than producing finished alfajores to sit on a retail shelf, we schedule each online order into production and prepare it with the same care that has defined Gennaro’s from the beginning.

Please allow up to 5 business days for baking, preparation and packing before shipment or courier pickup. Carrier or courier transit time is additional.

Why We Choose Made to Order

For an artisanal confection as delicate as an Alfajor de Maicena, we believe the experience should begin with production for your order — not with finished inventory waiting for an unknown amount of time on a store shelf.

Scheduled for Your OrderYour order enters our production schedule after it is placed, rather than being pulled from finished retail stock.

Handmade in Small BatchesOur alfajores are produced through an artisanal process with careful attention to the delicate cookies, dulce de leche filling and finishing.

Packed After ProductionOnce your order is completed, it is carefully packed and released for the delivery service available for your destination.
