Shipping policy

Freshly baked to order. Gennaro's Alfajores are made to order from our central production location in Vaughan, Ontario.

Please allow up to five business days for production, preparation, and packing before dispatch. Courier or delivery transit time is additional and depends on the destination and service selected or available at checkout.

We do not offer same-day or next-day dispatch. Checkout does not currently offer local customer pickup. Any delivery date shown by a carrier is an estimated transit date after fulfillment is complete.

For custom, wholesale, corporate, wedding, and event orders, additional lead time may be required and should be confirmed with us before placing the order.
