Shipping policy

Freshly baked to order. Gennaro's Alfajores are made to order from our central production location in Vaughan, Ontario.

Please allow up to 5 business days for baking, preparation, and packing before shipment, local courier pickup, or customer pickup.

Carrier, courier, and delivery transit times are additional and depend on the destination and service selected or available at checkout.

We do not currently offer same-day or next-day dispatch. Any delivery date shown by a carrier is an estimated transit date after fulfillment is complete.

For custom, wholesale, corporate, wedding, and event orders, additional lead time may be required and should be confirmed with us before placing the order.
